this is a gift for my boyfriend. he'd asked me to draw him a Halo Chibi and i wanted it done by Valentine's Day so i had something else to give him besides the gift i'd purchased for him.

to explain this picture a bit, it's of him in Master Chief's armor holding a shotgun. he has fox ears and a tail because 1- he loves foxes, and 2 - his online handle is Kempfer Fox (hence the title). that's supposed to be a dead chibi brute behind him. finding a reference for those was a pain in the ass even with the guidebook! when i asked him if he wanted background he asked for a jungle. i tried XD.

EDIT!: oh, and i KNOW he's way too tall for a chibi, but i had to do the armor justice. here's to artistic license!
